Walking Trails at Lincoln Heights!

I am proud to announce that Arbor Custom Homes has been selected as the recipient of the 2010 Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland’s “Builder Member of the Year” award. The HBA’s Nominating Committee evaluated several nominees based on criteria in four principal areas of service: Support of the industry, Leadership in the HBA, involvement in the HBA, and community involvement. The committee came to the conclusion that Arbor Custom Homes was most deserving of this year’s award.



Arbor will be recognized and presented this award at the HBA Builders Ball on Saturday evening November 20th. This kind of recognition is not possible without the leadership Wally and Dennis provide and all of the help from our team! Construction Well Under Way!

You have most likely noticed that construction is well under way in a couple parts of Lincoln Heights! Lot 5 is now complete and ready for move in (Crestwood A) http://www.arborhomes.com/neighborhoods/lincoln-heights/overview.php and will soon be staged with furniture on the main level. This home is listed at $305,395 and currently Arbor is either buying down the interest rate to 3.75% or contributing up to $ 6,000 towards purchasers closing costs if closed by 12/31/2010.

Construction has also started on the Elmhurst single level plan on Lot 3, with the trusses soon to be raised and completion set for February, 2011. Lot 64 with the new Stockton plan of over 3600sf is in the roofing stage and set for a February close also.

Go a little further back into the neighborhood and you will see three in a row started on Lincoln Heights St, all set for March finishes! We have ramped up our hours of operation to be Monday thru Friday from 12-5, but you will soon see someone on site on weekends! For now, we are at the other Happy Valley Site on weekends from 10-5.. Hello and welcome to the Lincoln Heights blog! Lincoln Heights is a new neighborhood located at the corner of Lincoln Heights st. and Mt Scott Boulevard in Happy Valley, Oregon. My name is Joe Buffington and Arbor Custom Homes is building 55 brand new homes here nestled up into the trees.
